Product Description
Cubed mozzarella and parmesan are the flavor enhancers of these croquettes. Sun-dried pomodoro tomatoes have been added to the ragout, and together with the herb blend, they bring a true Italian taste. These small croquettes, fried to perfection, can be served on a tapas board, as a luxury snack, or as a tasty tapa. The Tomato Mozzarella Croquettes from CAS Culinair are available in 30-gram portions and are prepared in the fryer. Usage and Storage Instructions for Consumers:
Do not refreeze after thawing!

Preparation Instructions:
For best results, thaw this product in the refrigerator (preferably not stacked). If thawed, fry at 175°C for 3 minutes. If frozen, fry for 5 minutes. We recommend a maximum of 100g of product per liter of frying oil. Let the product rest for about 1 minute before consumption. Never exceed the maximum cooking time.
