Product Description
The typical tapas croquette from the Petites Croquettes range by CAS Culinair. Made with aged cheese from the Middenbeemster, cubes of beef chorizo, and a delicious blend of spices, it delivers an authentic, mildly spicy Spanish flavor. The Chorizo croquettes weigh 30 grams each. Perfect for a tapas dish, lunch, or as part of a snack platter. They are easy to prepare in the deep fryer. Usage and Storage Instructions for Consumers:

• Do not refreeze after thawing!

Preparation Instructions:

• For best results, thaw the product in the refrigerator (preferably not stacked).
• Fry from thawed: Heat oil to 175°C and fry for 3 minutes.
• Fry from frozen: Heat oil to 175°C and fry for 5 minutes.
• We recommend using a maximum of 100g of product per liter of frying oil.
• Let the product rest for approximately 1 minute before consumption.
• Never exceed the maximum preparation time.
