De Gamba croquette van CAS Culinair is een populaire smaak die een verfijnde ervaring biedt. De gamba’s worden gedrenkt in Vermouth en vervolgens toegevoegd aan een ragout op basis van garnalenbouillon. Deze krokante kroketjes zijn veelzijdig en kunnen perfect worden gecombineerd met een vis trio, een frisse salade, als extra bij een bouillabaisse of bij een glaasje wijn. De Gamba croquettes zijn beschikbaar in een portiegrootte van 30 gram en kunnen eenvoudig worden bereid in de frituur. Usage and Storage Instructions for Consumers:
Do not refreeze after thawing!

Preparation Instructions:
For the best result, thaw this product in the refrigerator (preferably not stacked). For thawed product, deep fry at 175°C for 3 minutes; for frozen product, deep fry for 5 minutes. We recommend a maximum of 100g of product per liter of frying oil. Let the product rest for about 1 minute before consumption. Never exceed the maximum cooking time.
