Preparation Instructions:
Professional convection oven: Preheat the oven to 215°C, set the fan to the highest setting if possible, 0% moisture. Place the bitterballen directly from the freezer (preferably) on a rack. Place the rack in the center of the oven. Heat the bitterballen for 12 - 13 minutes. Remove the bitterballen from the oven and let them rest for at least 2 minutes for the best crispy result. Cooking times may vary depending on the oven. We are happy to advise you on the exact cooking time for your oven.
