Preparation Instructions:
For professional convection ovens: Preheat the oven to 215°C, if possible, set the fan to the highest setting, 0% humidity. Place the frozen croquettes (preferably) on a rack. Place the rack in the center of the oven. Heat the croquettes for 14-16 minutes. Remove the croquettes from the oven and let them rest for at least 2 minutes for optimal crispiness.
