Preparation Instructions: Frying
Deep fryer 175°C: thawed for 3 minutes, frozen for 5.5 minutes. Fry in a regular deep fryer, no more than 8 bitterballen at a time. Do not exceed the stated maximum cooking time and frying temperature. Never fry partially thawed bitterballen!

Known improper use:
Consumers might store the products outside of the freezer/cool room. To prevent this, Jong Food BV has specified on the product packaging and in the product specifications whether it should be stored in the freezer or cool room.
