It became a true pâtissier croquette – short and thick, filled with cubes of veal, fresh ingredients, and a crispy breadcrumb coating. Perfect for serving at lunch on rustic bread.

Preparation Instructions:
Deep Frying
For optimal results, thaw the croquettes slowly in the refrigerator. Heat the oil to the correct temperature and ensure the croquettes are fully submerged and not touching each other. It is recommended to use peanut oil.
Cooking times:

• Thawed: approx. 5 minutes at 180°C
• Frozen: approx. 8 minutes at 175°C
