PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
The products from Grootmeester are made in an artisanal way in their own production facility. Nothing is wasted in the entire process; the meat is cooked in-house and the broth is reused in the ragout. All products are coated with a beautiful panko layer, resulting in a crispy and thin crust. Our products have a full and creamy taste, yet remain light to eat. With our products, you can stand out in the market. For our self-developed croquettes & bitterballen, we use only the best ingredients, including sustainably sourced veal, fresh vegetables, fresh herbs, and the finest spices. The products are made in an authentic way and under the strictest quality and hygiene standards.

Preparation Instructions: Frying
The croquettes must be fried before consumption. Fry in liquid frying oil at 180°C. Do not fry too many at once; we recommend a maximum of 1 croquette per liter of frying oil. Let the croquette rest for 1 minute after frying. Cooking time for a thawed croquette is 3 to 4 minutes, and for a frozen croquette, it is 6 to 7 minutes. Never fry the croquettes longer than the recommended times.
