Preparation:
Sauté the spice mix in approximately 2 tablespoons of oil. Add the diced chicken, meat, or shrimp, and briefly sear. Then sauté the sliced spring onions (optional). Gradually add the cooked rice and stir-fry the mixture thoroughly. Season to taste with salt, soy sauce, or sambal. Garnish with strips of omelet, pickled vegetables (atjar), seroendeng (toasted coconut mix), spicy snacks, krupuk (prawn crackers), or mempejeh (crispy lentil crackers).
