Preparation instructions:
For 100 g of spice mix, combine the coconut milk with about 100 ml to 200 ml of water in a non-stick pan. Add the spice mix and bring it to a boil while stirring. Stirring well prevents the coconut milk from curdling. Add meat cubes and kaffir lime leaves, then continue stirring until it boils again. Simmer the Rendang on low heat until the sauce thickens and the meat is tender. Stir occasionally and add salt to taste.
Requirements: 500 g beef cubes, 400 ml coconut milk, a few kaffir lime leaves.
