Oven: Preheat the oven to 220°C. If adjustable, set the manual or electro-mechanical venting to 100% open. Place a catch tray at the bottom of the oven to keep it clean. Spread the frozen bitterballen evenly on an oven rack. Bake the bitterballen for 8 minutes. Allow the bitterballen to rest for at least 2 minutes outside the oven. Optimal quality is achieved when the oven is correctly set. The mentioned time is an average and may vary depending on the type of oven. Therefore, we recommend testing the exact cooking time.
