2. Place the croquettes on an oven rack & position the rack in the middle of the oven.
3. Place a drip tray underneath to keep the oven clean.
4. Do not use baking paper or a dish for the best result.
5. Bake the croquettes for 12 minutes.
6. Let the croquettes rest outside the oven for 2 minutes for optimal crispiness.
