Preparation:
Convection Oven:
1. Preheat the convection oven to 220°C.
2. Place the frozen croquettes on an oven rack. Do not use baking paper or a baking dish for the best result. Place a drip tray at the bottom of the oven to keep it clean.
3. Place the rack in the middle of the oven and heat the croquettes for 14-16 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the oven.
4. Remove the croquettes from the oven and let them rest for at least 2 minutes for optimal crispiness.
Air Fryer:
• Approximately 13 minutes at 200°C.
• Preheat the air fryer.
• Maximum quantity: cover the bottom of the basket.
• Cooking instructions are based on a Philips Airfryer XL.
Storage:
Store in the freezer at -18°C. Best before date: see panel. Do not refreeze after defrosting.
