USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
• Not suitable for deep-frying.

Cooking Methods

1. Oven (Convection):
1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
2. Place frozen bitterballen on an oven rack. Avoid using baking paper or trays for the best results. Place a drip tray below to keep the oven clean.
3. Bake in the middle of the oven for 10–12 minutes. Adjust cooking time based on your oven.
4. Let the bitterballen rest for 2 minutes for optimal crispiness.

2. Air Fryer:
• Preheat to 200°C.
• Cook frozen bitterballen for approx. 9 minutes. Ensure the basket is not overcrowded.
