Professional convection oven:
Preheat the oven to 215°C. If possible, set the fan to the highest setting, 0% humidity. Place the croquettes (preferably) on a rack. Place the rack in the middle of the oven. Heat the croquettes for 12-13 minutes. Remove the croquettes from the oven and let them rest for at least 2 minutes for the best crispness.
Depending on the oven, the cooking time may vary.
Airfryer
Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C.
Bake from frozen for about 13 minutes.
Maximum amount: cover the bottom of the basket.
