Sari Rasa - 2 Bami Goreng 100gr
Recipe for Sarirasa Bami Goreng
Ingredients
• 200 grams chicken
• 50 grams ham or bacon
• 1 pack Sarirasa boemboe bami goreng
• 2 tablespoons rice oil
• 2 tablespoons Kaki Tiga Ketjap Tiga Medja (sweet soy sauce)
• 3 tablespoons Flower Brand Soy Sauce Yellow Label
• 200 grams pointed cabbage (shredded)
• 1 leek (sliced into thin strips)
• 8 sprigs of celery (chopped)
• 4 eggs (for fried eggs)
• Quick-cooking egg noodles
Instructions
1. Cook the noodles
Prepare the egg noodles according to the instructions on the package and set aside.
2. Cook the chicken
Fry the chicken until crispy, remove it from the pan, and cut it into small pieces.
3. Prepare the ham or bacon
Slice the ham or bacon into thin strips and set aside.
4. Prepare the vegetables
Slice the leek and cabbage into thin strips.
5. Make fried eggs
Fry the eggs sunny-side-up and set aside.
6. Sauté the spice mix
Heat 2 tablespoons of rice oil in a pan and sauté the Sarirasa boemboe bami goreng until fragrant.
7. Combine ingredients
Add the chicken and ham or bacon to the pan. Stir in the cabbage and leek and cook briefly.
8. Add the noodles
Gradually add the cooked noodles to the pan, stirring and frying everything well.
9. Season the bami
Add the sweet soy sauce (ketjap) and salty soy sauce (soy sauce) to taste and mix well.
10. Add celery
Stir in the celery, but do not cook it – it should remain fresh and crunchy.
11. Serve
Place the fried eggs on top of the bami goreng.
Serving Tip
Serve the bami goreng with sambal brandal, atjar, and prawn crackers (krupuk) for an authentic Indonesian meal.
