VA Foods creates products that exclude 24 allergens from the LeDa list, with 14 legally required allergens guaranteed to be labeled, including lactose. We also avoid colorings, controversial flavor enhancers, and pay attention to the use of salt. The Beef Croquettes contain 20% fresh beef. Preparation Instructions:

Frying in Fat
Fry the beef croquettes in vegetable frying oil at 170°C.
To avoid cross-contamination, we recommend not frying allergen-containing products in the same vegetable frying oil.
For the best quality, we recommend frying the beef croquettes directly from the freezer without thawing them.

Do not exceed the recommended cooking times.
After cooking, wait at least 2 minutes before consuming.
Fry a maximum of 4 pieces at a time, provided they can be fried separately.
The mentioned times are averages. Therefore, we recommend testing the exact cooking time yourself.

Grilling
Oven with Grill
Prepare the croquettes in a preheated oven with grill at 190°C.
To avoid cross-contamination, we recommend not grilling allergen-containing products in the oven.
For the best quality, we recommend frying the croquettes directly from the freezer without thawing them.
Cooking time: 20 minutes. Turn regularly.

Do not exceed the mentioned maximum cooking time and temperature.
Fry a maximum of 4 pieces at a time, provided they can be fried separately.
After cooking, wait at least 2 minutes before consuming.

Airfryer
Prepare the beef croquettes in a preheated Airfryer at 200°C, after spraying them with olive oil.
To avoid cross-contamination, we recommend not frying allergen-containing products in the Airfryer.
For the best quality, we recommend frying the beef croquettes directly from the freezer without thawing them.
Cooking time: 10 minutes.

Do not exceed the mentioned maximum cooking time and temperature.
Fry a maximum of 4 pieces at a time, provided they can be fried separately.
After cooking, wait at least 2 minutes before consuming.
Only tested and approved for the Philips Airfryer model HD9240.
